Other than the need to update permalinks it looks pretty nice.

I wonder how much the site builder charged for that 1 hr. project?

Wonder if he is going to break Matt off a chunk.

I know nothing about the Lowstream Team and they currently have only an image on their domain, but I like what I see. Lowstream 2.1 is one outstanding theme, please keep them coming, here is a link as encourangement whomever you are!

Fruitopia Wordpress Theme

Frutopia is a fresh looking minimal wordpress theme ported by ThemePorter and designed by Darren. It is a 2 column fixed width, right sidebar theme that is widget friendly, nice!

Note: The comment field and download are currently broken on ThemePorter but I expect these guys to have it fixed soon, after all one of them appears to be a “theme porter”, right?

If you want to have someone port a theme to wordpress you can also ask my friend Rubin, who I interviewed awhile back, his rates are very good.

Where do you find cool website templates to port to Wordpress?
Try http://www.oswd.org/ but do not forget to ask the designers permission and if you port a theme, link to them somewhere in your blog as thanks.

Need to know how to upload and setup a wordpress blog?
I will have to post something on that, it really isn’t that hard if you have easy instruction.

Slimple Theme

Sometimes someone makes a blog theme that causes me to dump my old one and migrate to it, in this case it was Slimple by Matt Mueller.

Matt Decribes Slimple:

Slimple is a very simple but functional theme in the spirit of sites like the WeBreakStuff blog. Though it is simple it also (in my mind) has a relatively “slick” look to it, and thus the name. It uses the wonderful Silk Icon Set, and due to its simplicity is relatively easy to customize (instructions in the readme). Lime Theme
