Automatic Wordpress Backups

If you have a couple blogs, do not remember to backup your database files and the server crashes all your work is gone!

Automatic wordpress database backups is the solution. Thanks to Skippy.net, all you need to do is upload the plugin, activate it and choose automatic backups sent via email daily.

You will need to download the following file:

WP-Cron - Wordpress Cron is the helper plugin for blog to email but also has several other uses. In this case we are only concerned with setting database backups in wordpress to be automatically emailed to your gmail or other account.

Note: If you do not have an email account that can handle the buildup of database files sent to it daily, get a gmail account, need a free invite? Feel free to ask and I will send you over one.
